Students from the Willingboro School District will get a firsthand look at how local government works during the annual Youth in Government Day on Tuesday, May 17th. Students will join Township administrators and staff for a day of shadowing, and special presentations and will participate in a mock Council Meeting at 7:00 pm. Members of the Township Council will be available and will assist students in their various roles of Mayor, Deputy Mayor and members of the Council. Students will also have an opportunity to share information about their career paths and work with directors whose departments align with their career interests.
