The Willingboro Municipal Court is an independent branch of the government constitutionally entrusted with the fair and just resolution of disputes to preserve the rule of law and to protect the rights and liberties guaranteed by the Constitution and laws of the United States and this State.

Responsibilities
The municipal court has jurisdiction over the following types of cases: Motor vehicle/traffic and parking tickets, minor criminal offenses, municipal ordinance offenses (such as building code violations and parking) and other offenses, such as health code violations, fish and game violations and weights and measure. The municipal court has jurisdiction only over cases that occur within the boundaries of the Willingboro Township.
This office schedules cases for hearings, accepts bail, and maintains records or criminal and traffic tickets for attorneys, defendants, residents, and the general public.

The Violations Window is open for payments between 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Cash, checks, money orders and cards are accepted. ***Credit Card payments are accepted until 3:45 PM***

Traffic Tickets
Willingboro Municipal Court now offers online traffic tickets review to dispute certain moving violations through the ONLINE MUNICIPAL CASE RESOLUTION SYSTEM. By having a moving violation reviewed online, it is not necessary to make any court appearance. Simply visit www.njmcdirect.com and enter your ticket information to see if your offense is eligible and select the option for Case Dispute. Eligible traffic tickets will be reviewed by the prosecutor, and you will be notified with his recommendation. To see if you are eligible to have your matter reviewed online, please visit www.njmcdirect.com.
If your matter is not eligible for online ticket review, you can still request to have certain violations heard virtually in the Willingboro Municipal Court.
