The Township is pursuing the implementation of ShotSpotter technology as an opportunity to combat gun violence and enhance our public safety efforts. Studies show that more than 80% of gunfire incidents go unreported to 911 and ShotSpotter's gunshot detection solutions helps law enforcement officers identify and located incidents of outdoor gun violence that would otherwise undetected. 

 As we pursue this implementation, the community is invited to attend a Community Engagement meeting on Tuesday, February 27th at 6:00 pm at the Kennedy Center.
