Applications can also be obtained from the Division of Elections, the Commissioners of Registration office in Burlington County, or in person at the Township Clerk's office at the Municipal Building.
In addition, registration forms are available in various State agencies and at Division of Motor Vehicle offices and can be obtained while transacting agency business. You can print the registration application and after entering the required data, mail it to the following:

Voter registrations are maintained by the County Commissioner of Registration. You may register in person at that office, use the above referenced form, register at your municipal clerk's office, or at any one of the following state offices:
In addition, this form can be used for name and address changes. The County Clerk cannot accept faxed copies or an electronic transmission of a voter registration since an original signature is required.
Registration deadline is 21 days prior to election day.
