Non-Payable Tickets

Non-payable tickets require a “Court Appearance” (the Judge must assess the fine/cost).

These cases are:

• A “Not Guilty Plea” has been entered
• The charge is not listed on the Statewide Violations Bureau or Local Violations Bureau Schedule
• The officer indicated on the ticket that a “Court Appearance is Required”
• The charge involves a motor vehicle accident where personal injury is involved
